Since SAP's acquisition of SuccessFactors in 2011 we have seen a rapid increase in demand for SuccessFactors Consultants. These tend to be existing SAP customers who are implementing and integrating SuccessFactors into their existing SAP/ERP environment. 

Most of our SuccessFactors Consultants come from an SAP HCM background, having made the transition to SuccessFactors within the last 3-7 years.
